I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Balestri, especially the fantastic river views and the cozy ambiance. The breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options, though I had a bit of trouble with the bathroom facilities. Also, service at times felt a bit disorganized, especially during busy moments. Overall, it was a lovely experience in the heart of Florence.
